This pretty much sums it up…

Limbaugh Down – The Daily Dish | By Andrew Sullivan: ”

Limbaugh Down

The only decent thing to do is to hope for his swift and full recovery so we can get back to exposing his blarney and bile. Get well soonest.

LOVE that post! I have to say, the vile comments wishing for his demise on Twitter and blog commentaries I find disgusting. That’s what THEY do, don’t stoop to it! Being liberal is a way of life…

One really funny comment from the original blog posting from the news channel in Hawaii that first reported the story. Apparently some liberal called some conservative a moron. Here’s her response:

Classic. :-P

Oh, and happy new year everybody!

Tonight, the University of Kentucky Wildcats became the first team in the history of college basketball to achieve 2000 total wins. There’s really nothing to say except … THIS IS AWESOME, BABY!!!

Very proud of the ‘Cats and the storied tradition that is basketball in Kentucky. And very excited about the Calipari era. And that 13-0 start is not too shabby, either…

Barely in time for Chanukah, but will arrive in plenty of time for those of you who celebrate XMas! %-)

Two versions … the collage went inside the handmade cards I made …

And this was the all-in-one that I sent to everyone else. No offense if you got this version … most people did! I only hand-make cards for family members … there are only so many hours in the day! I actually really like this one, and may do away with hand-made cards altogether next year.

Whatever you celebrate this time of year … Merry Everything!

Still displeased with his intervention leading to VY being re-names QB1, and now Bud pulls this: http://mashable.com/2009/11/16/bud-adams-youtube/. Aside from the fact that an 86 year old man should REALLY know better (not to mention RETIRE ALREADY), how are you the owner of a team who’s … wait for it … 3 – 6, and feel justified in flipping off ANYBODY?!!

So in Britain, all personal communications (emails, phone calls, web browsing habits, etc.) will soon be stored by the government for a minimum of 1 year, with access by a whole host of people and no judge’s order required to access.

While I am not naive enough to believe that anyone has much privacy in this day and age, I think a government mandate of this type (all in the name of fighting terrorism, of course) is ludicrous and dangerous.

Interestingly, the government is pushing forward with this despite MASSIVE public resistance to the idea. Guess W has been over there giving “how to be a leader” seminars.

A scale that automatically tweets your weight. I kid you not. If this company isn’t bankrupt in a month, something is seriously wrong with the world. Okay, I know MANY things are seriously wrong in the world already, but you know what I mean.

Oh, and it’s not just that it exists, which is problematic enough, but these wackos think people are going to pay $160 for it!!! Yeah … if you’re completely insane, you can buy one here: http://www.withings.com/

Walmart now sells caskets. Truly. I did a quick search and found 16 models, starting at $895.

It is likely just that I hate Walmart, but somehow, it seems very wrong…
